The process of improving as a quarterback should be simple and easy. You should not need to work with a Coach for 3-4 years in order to start seeing improvements. These improvements should happen immediately. Here's why we get amazing results fast.
Timing: Throwing the football is all about timing. The timing of when your feet rotate, the timing of the uncorking of the spine and the timing of the flick of the wrist when the ball leaves your hand just to name a few. These critical points during the throw are essential to maximize and we teach you how to do this in our program.
Strength: In order to improve throwing velocity you need to improve the overall strength of the body. We have a 12 weeks training programming that comes with 5 different workouts to do each week. These will be critical exercises to improve the strength of the arm, core and lower body. To improve as a quarterback the overall fundamentals of the body must improve as well.
Range of Motion: In combination with the training regimen we will also give you specific stretching drills and routines to improve the flexibility in the body. Many of our younger athletes struggle with some basic flexibility principles and that's where this part of the program makes a big difference. Simple stretches in the shoulders, wrists, ankles and hips make a big difference in the overall capability of the athlete's throwing ability.
Repetition: These 3 areas of the throw need to be consistently improved and mastered. This 3 month program will give you everything you need to maintain consistent action in accomplishing your goal to become a great quarterback!
